"Strong & Mellow
This is a very meticulous production: the lyrics, the instrumentation, and the performance are all top notch. The recording itself is also very well done. The tune is over 3 min long but you never realize it. This could be a very appropriate song for a film, I think. Good job!"

A six member techno/electronic band from the United Kingdom brings to us a 2-disc collection of pulsating electronic music. Music that would be fitting for a movie soundtrack and/or even better for a video game, as it seems to bring to life everything around you. This doesn't seem to be your standard every day techno/electronic music either, it almost seems to combine elements from an assortment of genres like metal, rock, industrial, dance and more. I've never really been a huge fan of instrumental styles of electronic music i.e. "Soundscape," but I think SCHMANGE have made a new dent in my collection. I loved the incorporation of the rock/metal guitars into their pulsing bass-beat backdrop and techno vibes. It gave the music an element that I could enjoy, even for not being a big fan of this style of music. I would say that this is the type of music for those who enjoy the wails of electric guitars mixed with dancey drum beats and a humming soundscape of electronics. "Strong Guitar work
Guitars - Nice change for a techno track, guitars are clean and very strong, the lead reminds me occassionally of Pink Floyd.
Production - Audio Production is tight. I like the mix of Rock Guitar. Levels work from my end. Track flows really good. Good Composition to the track.
Sequencing - the various dubs/loops and breaks fit seamlessly with this track.
Extra Credit on Originality!"

"Driving the Hook home
I will start by saying the everything is in its right place, with the guitar right over the top where it should be. The bells in the intro are very Pink Floyd esq, which is a huge compliment. The way the poping drum tone moves from left to right channel got me right away. I will start with Guitars -
The guitar while just pounding out open power chords, is very catchy. The tone is perfect. After the first break the guitar moves from drving riff to more of a jumpy sound. While this is techno I like how you don't stray from a classic pop song struture.
Sequencing -
By this I think you mean the way the drums, bass, and organ sounds play with eachother. I really like the extensive use of sampling, but I would like to see more of a change in the form of cymbal uses throught the Verse's Chorus's and Bridge's. Meaning that if you moved the sloshy hi hat sound to a ride at some point it will take the "Chorus" over the top.
All in all a very good track. the Breaks are essntial to techno, and you have realized that sometimes what isn't played is a true assest. Great solo's, I wouldn't change much except moving the hi hat to a ride / crash at some point to add to the over all "
